We offer several shipping options for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day                                       Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the United States for all new watch purchases. Watches that have been serviced or repaired will be charged a standard shipping fee based off the shipping method.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Every shipment is sent with a signature required for delivery, so we will contact you to confirm the best date and address for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. For international customers, please contact the studio before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.

6. Issues with Your Order

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as delays or damages during shipping, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.
