Warranty & Service

 

Each Montana Watch Company timepiece comes with a

limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

​

  1. Servicing:  To protect against excessive wear and unnecessary damage—and to keep your warranty valid—your mechanical watch must be serviced by Montana Watch Company every 5 years.

  2. Quartz Battery:  The battery life for quartz watches is warranted for 1 year.                          

  3. Warranty Details:  Please refer to your warranty card or contact us for specifics.                  

  4. Appointments:  To make a service appointment, add customization, or ask any questions, please contact us at our Livingston, Montana studio.

Product Returns

 

Returns are possible within 15 days on some models, but conditions apply.

  1. Custom Projects:  Custom projects are not returnable.                                                                                                                      

  2. Inspection:  Returnable items are subject to prior inspection.                                                                                                                 

  3. Fees:  Returnable items may incur administrative fees (including a 15% restocking fee) and shipping costs.
