Sterling silver case with western single-point engraving in deep relief, wire lugs and 14 karat gold winding crown.  Custom mother of pearl dial protected by scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Hand- tooled saddle leather strap finished with custom engraved sterling silver buckle.
